Privacy Policy

The Esencja Wilanów investment is being carried out by a separate special-purpose company: ESENCJA WILANÓW SP. Z O. O. (formerly: CORDIA DEVELOPMENT 19 SP. Z O.O.), however all inquiries from potential Clients are forwarded to Cordia Management Poland Sp. z o. o. In accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 2016.119.1) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Cordia Management Poland Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Koszykowa 61 B, 00-667 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000392081 (hereinafter the “Controller”).

3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
   
   1) to present an offer requested by you, based on the Controller’s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
   2) to send commercial offers and marketing information about products and services of companies within the Cordia group and related partner services via email (to the provided email address), based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by the data subject) – if consent has been granted,
   3) to send commercial offers and marketing information via SMS to the provided phone number, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by the data subject) – if consent has been granted,
   4) to perform telephone marketing calls using telecommunications devices, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by the data subject) – if consent has been granted.
   
   
4. Recipients of your personal data will include external entities processing data on behalf of the Controller under data processing agreements (e.g. hosting providers) and entities within the Controller’s capital group (for internal administrative purposes).
   
   
5. Your personal data will be stored until a contract is concluded. If no cooperation is established, personal data will be stored for 2 years from the date of collection (which may be extended by 6 months from the last contact initiated by you) or until consent is withdrawn (if consent has been granted).
   
   
6. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you are entitled to the following rights:
   1) the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy (first copy free of charge, additional copies may be subject to a fee);
   2) the right to request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
   3) in certain situations, the right to request deletion of your personal data;
   4) the right to data portability where processing is based on consent;
   5) the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest;
   6) the right to withdraw consent at any time via email (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
   7) the right to request restriction of processing for a specified period in certain cases.
   
   
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR.
   
   
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, without it the Controller will not be able to contact you. Processing for marketing purposes will involve profiling.

9. Visits to each product/property subpage and various sections and offers on the website will be recorded and used to create a behavioural profile showing categories of interest (cities, districts, rooms, prices, etc.). As a result, your data will be included in a marketing database and may be used to personalize the offers sent to you. You may object to profiling by emailing: Cordia_PL_Marketing@cordiahomes.com.
