Construction progress

The construction of the show home has been completed. Exterior façade works and interior finishing works are currently in progress. In the remaining buildings of Phase I, earthworks related to the construction of foundations are ongoing.

The buildings have reached the stage of a closed shell. Work is currently underway on finishing the facades, which is gradually giving the development its final appearance.

It covers several buildings at different stages of construction progress. Foundation works have been completed in all buildings. Reinforcement and formwork works for columns are currently underway, as well as masonry works on the ground floor (level 0) and the first floor (+1).

A topping-out ceremony was held for all buildings under construction as part of Phase II of the project, symbolizing the completion of the masonry work. Reaching this important milestone marks the completion of another key phase of construction and the start of further finishing work.

Construction work on Phase III of the project has begun. With the start of this new phase, sales of units have also begun, offering buyers the opportunity to select apartments early in the project’s development.
